VACANCIES FOR 2010 / 2011

This accommodation just 10 minutes walk from campus on a site of 61 properties housing Aston Students.

I have the following vacancies -

The one-bedroom Studio flats comprise of a bedroom, living room, WC / bath / shower room and a kitchen.  They are exceptional value at £70 per week, exclusive of gas and electricity bills.  These flats are suitable for couples or single students, particularly postgraduates, or undergraduate students who want a bit of solitude to work.

The rent for the single places and 3 person flats, exclusive of heating and lighting bills, is £35.00 per week during the coming summer vacation and £47.00 per week for the rest of the year.  Residents are welcome to sublet their rooms during the summer to reduce their accommodation costs.  These properties are double-glazed and have new shower/bathrooms. 

I am looking for applications in groups of three for the three person flats.

*the rent on this property is £1.50 per person cheaper as it is awaiting double-glazing.
