APPLICATIONS 2012/13
The opening date for applications is 3rd January 2012 and the closing date is Wednesday 25th January 2012. Please note that allocations are not done on a first come, first served basis.
Application forms can de downloaded HERE or collected from The ARC on the first floor of the Guild. Please read the notes on the back of the form very carefully to ensure that your application is not rejected. Completed forms must be returned to :

Applications for the 3 and 4 person flats are preferred in groups of three or four (please staple your application forms together). Your tenancy will commence 17th June 2012 (although you will be able to collect your keys on Saturday 16th June 2012). Rent is payable for the whole period although during the summer vacation a reduced rent (3 and 4 person flats only) is charged. You do not have to stay there during the holiday and you may sub-let your flat/room during that time. This has been done successfully by many previous residents and advice on this matter may be obtained from the Housing Manager or Advice & Representation Centre.
Rents charged for next year are -
3 and 4 person flats - £37.00 (summer vacation), £48.50 (rest of the academic year)
1 bedroom flat - £82.00
All rent excludes gas an electricity bills.
Visits to see the site and have a look inside a flat have been arranged as on Wednesday 11th January and Wednesday 18th January 2012. Just meet on the Guild steps at 1.00pm and you will be taken down to Aston Brook Green by some current residents and shown around.
